Help Hutchinson Feed those with Housing Insecurity

How Can I Get Involved?
We can’t do it
without YOU!
Each Saturday night, The Father’s House partners with Noel Lodge, Hutchinson’s local homeless shelter, to provide a hot meal and a warm welcome to individuals experiencing housing insecurity. It’s a simple yet powerful way to live out the love of Jesus — through kindness, food, and human connection.
Here’s How to Get Involved
1). Sign Up to Serve
Cook & Deliver a Meal (Or Cook and Serve it On Sight)
Help Setting Up, Serving, & Cleaning Up After the Meal
Provide Paper Goods (Plates, Napkins, Forks, Cups)
Bring Drinks (Bottled Water, Juice, Homemade Ice Tea or Lemonade)
If cooking for a crowd feels intimidating — don’t worry. Meals can be simple, affordable, and fun:
Think: Main + Side + Dessert
Examples:
Tacos, rice/beans, chips & salsa, ice cream sandwiches
Spaghetti, salad, breadsticks, apple pie
Partner with (a) friend(s) to split the cost and prep!
Order in or cater a meal (who says you have to do the cooking?)
Meal Prep Made Simple
Not able to serve in person? You can still be a vital part of the team by giving toward the cost of a meal, drinks, or supplies. Every gift helps make this ministry possible.
2). Donate Generously
If You Have Any Questions,
Don’t Hesitate To Ask!
Email Shelby Dryden if you
have any questions or need
any help signing up
THANK YOU
Your willingness to show up — in person or in generosity — brings dignity, hope, and the love of Christ to our neighbors in need. This is what Love in Action looks like.
“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” – 1 John 3:18
Let’s put Philippians 4:9 into practice and be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community — one Saturday, one meal, one neighbor at a time.
